What payment methods do you accept?

At Beauty Ethic, we accept all major approved credit & debit cards via a secure online payment transaction, including Visa Card & Master Card.

Do you accept Cash On Delivery?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only in UAE. However, we are working so hard to make it available all over the GCC to deliver the best journey to our beloved Beauty Ethic family.

Why is my payment declined?

If your payment has failed to process, there might be a problem with your payment method. In this case, check your payment information and try again, or add a new payment method. If you are still getting a failed message, check with your bank or credit card issuer.

Beauty Ethic advises you to contact your bank directly to solve your payment issues.

Are my payment details secure?

Your payment and transaction details are directly handled by secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your credit/debit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank.

How to enter a promo code?

After you add items to your shopping bag,

  • You will find "Enter Promo-Code" at the bottom of the checkout screen.
  • Enter your Beauty Ethic Promo Code.
  • Select Apply.

Why is the promo code not working?

Please review the promo code conditions; as promo codes apply in specific activities, destinations, and certain periods.
If you are still getting an error message, check whether the below applies to you.

  • Promo code has already been used, Beauty Ethic promo codes are one-time use only, so if you have already used the code, it won't work again.
  • The promo code has been typed incorrectly. Ensure to type the code exactly as it is.
  • The promo code has expired. Before using the code, check the expiry date.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Beauty Ethic team is working to deliver your order as fast as possible. However, the delivery period depends on the location to which be delivered. Please find the below locations and the number of days for delivery (which is an approximate and subject to the courier)

Oh no - we're very sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, a promo code can't be added once the order is placed. But, you can always use it the next time you place an order through us.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We're sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your Beauty Ethic Order. You can cancel your Beauty Ethic order before it's shipped, click on “My Account” followed by “My Orders” by clicking on “Cancel order?” your order will be canceled.

Once your order is shipped and sent out for delivery, it can no longer be canceled. This includes changing the payment method, or delivery option.

What happens if Beauty Ethic customers don't answer the door for the courier or don't answer their phone?

For orders inside UAE:
Beauty Ethic courier will keep following up with you for 3 days. If there is no answer/response for 3 days, the courier will inform Beauty Ethic team, and we are not responsible for the late delivery, or any other inconvenience.

For orders outside UAE:
Beauty Ethic customers have to make sure to provide the correct delivery address & contact details. In case of the wrong address or contact number. Beauty Ethic team will not be responsible for late delivery.

Customers will be responsible for orders shipping, import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance charges of the destination country if required. Beauty Ethic cannot be held accountable for charges incurred during the delivery of your order/package

Beauty Ethic is not responsible if your orders get delayed because your package is selected for inspection by your country’s Customs

What happens if the customer refuses to pay, accept or collect his/her Beauty Ethic order?

If the customer cannot be reasonably identified, located or reject delivery, pay customs duties or other Shipment charges. Beauty Ethic shall not be responsible for any refund or delay in the delivery and has the right to cancel the delivery if the customer refuses to pay.

In the case of COD, what happens if the customers refuse to pay the full amount?

The courier company has the right to not deliver the package to the Beauty Ethic customer. Please contact us at beyou@beautyethic.com for any issue.

What happens if you put the wrong address on Beauty Ethic order?

For orders inside UAE:
If the address is incorrect or not properly pinned, Beauty Ethic courier will try to contact you. If there is still no response within 3 working days. Beauty Ethic is not responsible for the late delivery.

For orders outside UAE:
Beauty Ethic customers have to make sure to provide the correct delivery address & contact details. In case of the wrong address or contact number. Beauty Ethic team will not be responsible for late delivery or refund.

Delivery Issues: Incorrect, or Damaged items – What Are your Rights?

If your delivery contains the wrong and/or damaged items. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt of your order which can be tracked online orders@beautyethic.com.   • Returns made outside of the 24 hrs. timeframe will not be accepted & Beauty Ethic will not be responsible for any damages, wrong items, and refund
  • Your return must be requested from my account. Go to your “My Account” and to “Returns” and submit a request within the stipulated time mentioned above timeframe. You will receive a notification
  • All Beauty Ethic products must be returned as delivered

Beauty Ethic will not be responsible for any damages, or wrong items, and no refund if it's required in case of the below points:

  • Orders diverted to incorrect addresses, due to customer incorrect description
  • Customers aren’t available at the pinned location for the courier or didn’t answer the phone
  • Customer refuses to accept or collect his/her Beauty Ethic order
  • Delivery package couldn’t be delivered to the customer pinned location due to the customer submitting an incorrect address on Beauty Ethic order, and didn’t respond to courier calls.
